In central Australia life flourishes across the land. Walking out in the early morning onto the red sand dunes in the area around Uluru and Kings Canyon you can see the tracks of the animals that live there. In this work an image of early morning sand with its tiny sand tracks is superimposed over a photo of the magnificent cliffs of Kings Canyon. The minute sand tracks continue over the rugged cliffs, and a ghostly creature from the past is imagined to be crawling over the rocks, bringing a constancy to life in the desert.
