Infrared light can change our perspective on the landscape and show us shapes and pattens that are not so obvious to our eyes. In this false colour infrared image the colours have been chosen by the photographer to reflect reality but to also create doubt in the mind of the observer – as humans, is the reality that we see only a limited view of the real reality of the world around us?
